Shipping Policy
Your order should be dispatched by the end of the day provided it has been placed before 3 pm. UK delivery will generally be attempted on the next working day. If your order is urgently required for the next day please confirm with us that this is possible. We will provide you with the shipping details once your goods are dispatched. If nobody is unavailable to receive your delivery, they will usually try to re-deliver on the next working day. Some 'outlying' addresses may experience delivery delays. For example Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands JE, GY, Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) etc.
Into Gear does not accept liability for failure to supply caused by matters beyond our reasonable control, for example, strikes, civil disputes, acts of God, war or other third-party actions
Return & Exchange Policy
Into Gear Limited will accept your item back if you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving it for exchange or refund. You must include your original receipt or proof of purchase. Any unwanted items must however be sent back at your expense in the manufacturer's original packaging and in an unused condition. All extras such as bags, tags, labels, stickers etc must be correctly in place. We strongly recommend that you do not remove any tags or literature from or go out on your bike with your new item until you are completely satisfied with it. We are not able to accept items back once used, worn or damaged.
We suggest for your own protection that you use 1st class registered post or a courier service. Please note that proof of postage is NOT proof of delivery.
Into Gear does not accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
